Yesterday I posted that Helsby is 4 and a half weeks away - why when I know it's only 3 and a half weeks to go, I don't know. Maybe trying to convince myself there's more training time than there is. Allowing for a 'taper' at the end (there won't be much time for that) I've only got a few weeks training left to get in shape.
Probably the least prepared I've been for Helsby to date.
